Recording of any kind at event hosted by insignia nights is totally prohibited

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the event to a area and parents contacted to inform parents you are awaiting collection and for what reason we have contacted your parents

Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances
Times and dates may change in certain circumstances out of our control dates may be brought forward or pushed back
A TICKET PURCHASED IS FOR THE DATE ON THE TICKET AND CAN NOT BE USED AT A LATER DATE

BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 500 EURO
TO SECURE A BOOKING IN THE VENUE
THIS CAN BE PAID ONLINE OR THROUGH REPS
WE REQUIRE A MIN OF 160 TICKETS TO BE SOLD IF YOUR NUMBERS FALL BELOW YOUR EVENT CAN PROCEED
BUT WE MAY REMOVE SOME OF THE PACKAGE OFFERED OR ADDITIONAL FEE ADDED PER TICKET DUE TO SHORTFALL OF TICKETS SOLD FOR YOUR GROUP EVENT
IF A EVENT IS CANCELLED INSIGNIA NIGHTS WILL NOT ABSORB ANY OF THE LOSS AGREED WITH THE COMMITTEE
A EVENT MUST BE CANCELLED OR DATE MOVED 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN YOU LEAVE THE VENUE AT ANY TIME UNLESS A PARENT HAS BEEN CONTACTED TO COME AND COLLECT
Doors close 30 mins after doors open and will re open 30 mins before end of show
A reminder that this is a STRICTLY NON-ALCOHOL event , any person found with alcohol on their person will be denied entry or removed from the event without refund to a area on site and parents contacted to collect you
NON ALCOHOL DRINKS ARE DEEMED AS ALCOHOL AND FALLS UNDER THE
EVENT RULES AND FALLS UNDER OUR ZERO ALCOHOL POLICY AT OUR EVENTS
We do ask any Parent/Guardians that have attendants attending the event that may need the use of Medication/Epipens etc during the event as small as it may seem to make themselves known to event manager on site before entry
Purchasing a ticket online consents us the promoter to contact you via email or phone to update about events or changes or any future events
Event photographer/videographer will take photos at our events which will be uploaded to social media platforms by purchasing a ticket to any event you agree to these terms
covid 19 guidelines must be adhered to by purchasing tickets/agreeing to allow your child/children to attend the event/s you are acknowledging the risk of exposure to covid 19 and all ticket holders assume all risks of exposure and releases responsibility or blame from promoter/insignia nights or venues
This event will take place in a Nightclub environment loud noise and flashing lights
Neat dress is essential (strictly no tracksuits )
Stewards/Security/medic will be on site for the duration of the event
Please have your tickets ready at the door
There will be a cloakroom €2
Soft Drinks will be available and on sale from the venue.
Purchasing a ticket on behalf of your child/children or attending you agree to indemnify, defend and hold the promoter/the Venue, Employees, Contractors, Staff, and Volunteers, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys fees, made by any party due to or arising out of any injury or damage, to person or property, at the event, or the venue in which it is located
We ask parents to park their cars in the hotel car park which will be free for anyone dropping off or collecting
Ensure phones are fully charged, with sufficient credit to contact family/friends throughout the night.
