Here are some Event Rules
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
BY PURCHASING A TICKET FOR ANY OF OUR EVENTS YOU AGREE TO OUR T&C’s
PLEASE BE AWARE PRE DEBS / DEBS / GRADS FALL UNDER SAME RULES BUT ALCOHOL WILL BE SERVED AT THESE EVENTS
TY BALLS ARE CLASSED AS A U18 EVENT STRICTLY NON ALCOHOL
THESE RULES MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME
Transport can be arranged will be from one pick up and drop off point if x2 points are agreed there will be a a additional cost to facilitate
ALL BAGS/ATTENDANTS WILL BE SEARCHED ON ENTRY TO VENUE
Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances
CCTV Body Camera’s may be used by Security staff on site for the duration of the event
Recording of any kind at event hosted by insignia nights is totally prohibited
THE RECORDING OF STAFF OR MEDICAL AREA IS PROHIBITED
BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 500 EURO
TO SECURE A BOOKING IN THE VENUE
THIS CAN BE PAID ONLINE through sales of tickets for the event OR THROUGH REPS
WE REQUIRE A MIN OF 160 TICKETS TO BE SOLD IF YOUR NUMBERS FALL BELOW YOUR EVENT CAN PROCEED
BUT WE MAY REMOVE SOME OF THE PACKAGE OFFERED OR ADDITIONAL FEE ADDED PER TICKET DUE TO SHORTFALL OF TICKETS SOLD FOR YOUR GROUP EVENT
IF A EVENT IS CANCELLED INSIGNIA NIGHTS WILL NOT ABSORB ANY OF THE LOSS AGREED WITH THE COMMITTEE any deposit paid by insignia nights will be deducted from over all ticket of tickets and remaining will be refunded to ticket holders
A EVENT MUST BE CANCELLED OR DATE MOVED 12 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT.
TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the event to a area and parents contacted to inform parents you are awaiting collection and for what reason we have contacted your parents
ALL EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN YOU LEAVE THE VENUE AT ANY TIME UNLESS A PARENT HAS BEEN CONTACTED TO COME AND COLLECT APPLIES TO U18 EVENTS ONLY
Times and dates may change in certain circumstances out of our control dates may be brought forward or pushed back
A TICKET PURCHASED IS FOR THE DATE ON THE TICKET AND CAN NOT BE USED AT A LATER DATE unless your event is moved to join another group
A reminder that any u18 event we host is a STRICTLY NON-ALCOHOL EVENT
Any person found with alcohol on their person will be denied entry or removed from the event without refund to a area on site and parents contacted to collect you
NON ALCOHOL DRINKS ARE DEEMED AS ALCOHOL AND FALLS UNDER THE
EVENT RULES AND FALLS UNDER OUR ZERO ALCOHOL POLICY AT OUR EVENTS
We do ask any Parent/Guardians that have attendants attending the event that may need the use of Medication/Epipens etc during the event as small as it may seem to make themselves known to event manager on site before entry
Purchasing a ticket online consents us the promoter to contact you via email or phone to update about events or changes or any future events
covid 19 guidelines must be adhered to by purchasing tickets/agreeing to allow your child/children to attend the event/s you are acknowledging the risk of exposure to covid 19 and all ticket holders assume all risks of exposure and releases responsibility or blame from promoter/insignia nights or venues
This event will take place in a Nightclub environment loud noise and flashing lights
Neat dress is essential (strictly no tracksuits )
Stewards/Security/medic will be on site for the duration of the event
Please have your tickets ready at the door
Soft Drinks will be available and on sale from the venue.
Revolot junior does not work in any venue/club as it is deemed a nightclub
Purchasing a ticket on behalf of your child/children or attending you agree to indemnify, defend and hold the promoter/the Venue, Employees, Contractors, Staff, and Volunteers, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys fees, made by any party due to or arising out of any injury or damage, to person or property, at the event, or the venue in which it is located
Ensure phones are fully charged, with sufficient credit to contact family/friends throughout the night.
EVENT T&C
By purchasing a ticket for any of our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Pre-Debs, Debs and Grad events fall under the same rules, with the exception that alcohol will be served at these events.
TY Balls are classified as an Under 18 event, and strictly no alcohol will be allowed
TRANSPORT
Transport can be arranged with a single pick-up and drop-off point.
If two or more pick-up/drop-off points are requested, an additional cost will apply to facilitate the service.
No food or drinks are allowed.
SECURITY CHECKS
All bags and attendees will be subject to a search upon entry to the bus and/or venue for safety and security purposes.
TICKET REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
SECURITY AND RECORDING POLICY
CCTV and Body Cameras may be used by security staff on site for the duration of the event to ensure safety and security.
Recording of any kind (photos, videos, audio) is strictly prohibited at events hosted by Insignia Nights.
The recording of staff or medical areas is strictly prohibited.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure a booking at the venue.
The deposit can be paid online through ticket sales for the event or directly through event representatives (reps).
A minimum of 160 tickets must be sold to proceed with the event as planned.
If the number of tickets sold falls below this minimum, the event may still proceed, but we may adjust the package offered or add an additional fee per ticket to account for the shortfall in ticket sales for your group event.
EVENT CANCELATION POLICY OR DATE CHANGE
In the event that an event is cancelled, Insignia Nights will not absorb any financial loss and will not be held liable.
Any deposit paid by Insignia Nights will be deducted from the total ticket price. The remaining balance will be refunded to ticket holders.
An event must be cancelled or the date changed at least 12 weeks prior to the event.
Ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued after purchase.
ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated at any event.
Individuals engaging in such behaviour will be removed from the event and escorted to a designated area.
Parents or guardians will be contacted to inform them of the situation and to arrange collection, along with an explanation of the reason for their removal.
VENUE EXIT POLICY (U18 Events Only)
Under no circumstances may attendees leave the venue during a U18 event, unless a parent or guardian has been contacted to arrange for collection.
EVENT DATES AND TIMES
Event times and dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. events may be either brought forward or pushed back.
A ticket purchased is valid only for the date on the ticket and cannot be used for a later date unless the event is rescheduled and merged with another group.
U18 ALCOHOL POLICY
All U18 events hosted by Insignia Nights are strictly non-alcohol events
Any individual found with alcohol in their possession will be denied entry or removed from the event without a refund.
They will be escorted to a designated area on-site, and parents or guardians will be contacted for immediate collection.
NON ALCOHOL DRINKS POLICY
Non-alcoholic drinks that are perceived as alcohol (e.g., drinks with alcohol-like packaging or content) are also considered alcohol and fall under our zero alcohol policy for U18 events.
MEDICATION USE AT EVENTS
We kindly ask that any parents/guardians of attendees who may require medication, EpiPens, or any other medical needs during the event.
No matter how small, make themselves known to the event manager on-site before entry. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
Consent for Communication and Use of Content
By purchasing a ticket online, you consent to the promoter’s use of any content related to the event, including photos and videos.
You also agree to be contacted via email or phone for updates regarding the event, changes to event details, or information about future events.
COVID-19 Acknowledgment and Liability Release
By purchasing tickets or agreeing to allow your child/children to attend the event(s), you acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
All ticket holders assume full responsibility for any potential exposure to COVID-19 and release the promoter.
Insignia Nights, and the venue from any liability or blame related to exposure or transmission of the virus.
Event Details and Guidelines
All events take place in a nightclub environment, which includes loud noise and flashing lights.

Indemnity and Liability Agreement
By purchasing a ticket on behalf of your child/children, or by attending the event, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the promoter,
the venue, its employees, contractors, staff, and volunteers from any claim or demand, including attorney’s fees, made by any party due to or arising
from any injury or damage to person or property at the event or the venue in which it is located.
Important Reminders
Ensure your phones are fully charged and have sufficient credit to contact family or friends throughout the night.
R.O.A.R (Right of Admission Reserved) – we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event if necessary.
